.01% is a far too greater number when you are comparing with something close to infinity, any number will seem humungous in front of infinity, so without proper evidence trying to imagine stuff like this is pure waste of resources!

It is more common than we think, it is just that we are looking in the wrong places. Percentage wise: 10%.
