coca cola zero

hi all,
well i can say hi heard a lot of stuff being said about the diet coke as something in the sweetner was causing a lot of troubles with people with diabeties, but i still have no idea if any of that is true.. i switched to coca cola zero and its a great drink..
i loved coke but i hated the diet stuff so when this cola zero came out it won me over and ive never looked back..im not a big soft drink person i love my water but im soo glad they came up with the zero, so when ever i do have a soft drink thats what i want...
please tell me what you think of coca cola zero..

Most diet drinks contain a chemical called aspartame (NutraSweet). New research has shown this to be very dangerous, especially for people with diabetes or who had a condition called phenylketonurea (inability to process phenyl ketones).

Hmm... isn't aspartame also the one in other sweeteners like Equal and Splenda? We use Splenda because we've a family history of diabetes. Thanks for sharing this info. I think I'll search more information about it. :)

Well being a Coke drinker I decided to give it a try and hope it wasn't like there Vanilla crap variety, because Vanilla coke did taste quiet crap and almost made me sick.
Anyway... when I tried Coke Zero at first thought it wasn't too bad but not great, but eventually I liked the taste and got used to it, it tastes the same as Coke once you've gotten used to it but without sugar.
