Question for women/girls! Is it fun to go shopping with men/boys !!?!!

Well, i wanted to be specific about shopping for clothes. As for me, when i was not married i liked to go to shop for clothes and shoes with my group of girl friends. Cause whenever there were boys with us while shopping we had to hush everything but when shopping with girls it is more interesting cause we all share the same interst. I feel that boys dont have patience to shop like girls do. they just like to enter a particular shop and pick everything from there. While girls like to check out a lot of stuff and then choose the best among those. Now that i am married i go out with my husband as he dosnt mind me going around everywher to buy the thing that i like but anyways its more fun and exciting to go shopping with your own group of friend excluding the boyfriends.

I am not a shopper (didn't get the gene), so I prefer to go alone when I shop. However I have relatives (and a son) who LOVE to shop - obviously not for the same things I like to shop for, but they will look at everything in places like Menards, Lowes, etc. So, in my experience, although most men are not fun to shop with, there are lots of guys out there who love to shop, although perhaps not with women!!

I don't enjoy shopping much but making it an outing for girlfriends is a lot of fun! You can dress each other up and pick things for each other that they wouldn't normally get, try them on and surprise! they like it! It's fun to go with the girls, men are impatient and don't want to look at the same things, they want to rush around. I think it'd be great to send the men to a movie in the mall while the women go shopping for a couple of hours. Then all meet up for lunch or drinks. That would be fun for all!

that is exactly what we used to do, send all the boys for their type of shopping and fix a place where we all could meetup after the shopping. Althought we were always late at reaching that place as we all went to hundreds of shops before we could make it to that place! I guess its the nature of the girls to enjoy every little thing.

Normally, I'd prefer to go shopping by myself because i can browse wherever I choose, it doesn't matter how long I take - or, if I'm in a hurry I can just grab what I'm after & get on with something else. I dont like hanging around whilst other people make their minds up so I dont inflict that on anyone else.

That is so very thoughtful of you. but dosnt it kind of get boring to shop for clothes all alone? When other people are making up their minds i too go check out something else so i feel as if i utilised my time! I do go shopping alone at times but i dont enjoy it as much as when i go with my group of friends.

I even enjoy shopping with my girl friends. As you have said, all of us girls have one thing in common, that we love to do shopping! We can go anywhere without any objection because they also like it, heheh.
I just love to do shopping with my guy so he can bring all the things that I shopped. Hahahah!

Hmm so you have somebody who can carry your stuff for free, lol! I use to do that a lot when i was not married , now that i am married i have just one permanent porter for me, lol. I just love to shop with girls, they are so much more fun than when with boys, but sure enough they do come in handy after the shopping :)

Well I am a girl but dont find shopping all that fun... I usually quit as soon as I find what it is I want. I am not sure why I dont have the shopping Gene that other ladies have. But, I am ok with it!
I also am not that big on window shopping with no cash in my pockets. It is like "If I had the extra cash I would buy that" Why would I want to mentally torment myself?? LOL
I have seen others that are Marathon shoppers, and see that they enjoy it! I am like if that is what you enjoy! Have at it!
I think that this because I am such a Home Body!

I prefer to shope with the girls. Seems like as soon as the guys get whatever it is they want; they are ready to go home.
