I know this topic will cause out rage. You would think nowadays mothers would be able to breastfeed their babies in public but discreetly. WRONG A young mother was asked to leave McDonald's for breastfeeding her 10 week old daughter. She was approached by the manager and was asked to leave. Maddie who was in a quiet corner, was asked to stop feeding but refused as Sophie was hungry. He then asked her to leave and she again refused. Maddie was wearing a proper maternity top so no one could see anything. When she returned home, she told her friends what had happened in which they all decided to do a protest. McDonald's spokeswoman said "The manager was not following company policy. We're very disappointed. If a customer expressed discomfort about breastfeeding we encourage them to move rather than the mum. We dont want to make mums feel they have to hide away." Is it me or did this happen because it was a bloke?? Maybe he was uncomfortable about the situation but if its discreet then why? its suppose to be the most natural thing to feed your baby!! I mean breast is best or so they say?
