Do u like sun bath?in ur opinion what r the advantages of sun bathing?

i like sunbath its good for health and i think you know its sun rare helps to make vitamin D.

i am fair skinned and the sun is bad for long periods. i burn easily, freckle easily, and am more likely to get skin cancer. so i try to stay out of the sun. even with sunblock it's too much work to protect myself.
