how often do you change your toothbrush?

some dentists recommend every two months for the sake of bacteria. the brush may not be that worn out but unless you boil it often it's good to start over with a clean new toothbrush. i have changed to a new toothbrush every two months. and sometimes once a month. but sometimes i let it slide and don't change for several months. how about you?

Hi there greenglitterturtle
I change mine and my childrens toothbrushes at the same time so that I don't forget and that is every three months as I believe this is recommended. I always buy the same pack of 4 as there are 4 of us and we keep to the same colour - mine is always green!!

3 months is fine. my dentist told me every month, my sister's dentist told her every 2 months. and other's have said what you're dentist said. it's all good as long as you do it around that time period. that's cool how your's changes color. happy brushing.
