If the world were without borders, visa regimes it would be a better fairer place?

i think if there is no visas around the world is from from peace but insted more chaotic than ever...visas are not just for formality but to protect the country from spies and terrorist that might enter freely if without proper rules...even now that we have visa and other precaution there are still issues like this how much more without visa and other security process..
