Conquer fear

Emerson said" Do the things you fear and the death of fear is certain"..
Action cures fear .Indecision, postponement on the other hand fertilize fear .
1)Talk openly with a friend or a teacher
2)Dont be anxious about tomorrow.
3)When you face a problem, ask yourself"What is the worst than can possibly happen if i cant solve my problem?"The answer is never as bad as you fear.
4)Isolate your fear
5)The only thing you have to fear is fear itself(FD Roosevelt)
6)Seek spiritual intervention
7)Dont be afraid of any opposition or criticism
8)Overcome fear by starting out with small things

Oh man are you a sort of philosopher or what , we can expect these things or advices from a philosohers, thats a good observation and mind opener for me.
