Do you hide purchases from your spouse?

no not from my spouse but from my parents like they dont like for me to spend my money making ''pricey purchases'' that i dont need :( so i often hide it lol

No, I never have felt the need to hide any purchases from my current husband or my ex because I work for a living and have the right to make decisions on my own. I do mention purchases to my husband or show him something that I have bought but he really isn't interested in looking at a new pair of shoes or the new towels I got for the master bathroom.

maybe, they are just scared of nagging.. lol =D Sometimes guy's nagging are much worse than gals and guys will only think that it'sa complete waste of money for their spouse to buy that thing when they already have so much or similiar things at home.. lol

My husband doesn't miss a thing so I wouldn't try to hide something. We just have a rule that if we are spending more than $50 on something, we will talk about it before spending. Other than that, it is ok as long as it is reasonable to our budget.

I have hidden things from my boyfriend at the time. I didn't want him to complain that I didn't need that specific item. I just figured its none of his business what I buy cause its my money.
