I want to be chubby. What should I do?

I am very skinny yet have a round face. I look awkward because of this. I want to gain weight and have extra bulge in my body. I don't want to try some medicinal supplements, I want it to be in natural way. Can you suggest some foods, fruits and vegetables to eat to attain my goal? Thanks in advance!

eat carbs and some heathy fat. if you munch veggies and fruits all day it won't help you gain those few pounds you really want. except maybe some grapes (high sugar content, not for dieters)
you can eat practically anything. make sure that you are eating more than you are burning. there are tons of online calorie calculator you can use.
multivitamins can help improve your appetite so you'll eat more. b complex is what my friends would avoid coz they said it makes them fat. actually it improves their appetite so they munch all day while lazing in front of the computer. haha
some said you'll gain weight after blood donation. this is probably because you are given the multivitamins after the session and you will probably be less active than your usual state and you'll eat more too so that explains why people gain some weight after blood donation
back to the first point. eat carbs and starch. exercise if you don't want to get fat (more than the pounds you want) but don't overdo it. you need to store some excessive calorie to gain weight

Like yourself, I was once very skinny, not until a friend shared to me also her little secret when I was also in search of gaining weight and I want also to share this one on you. It may sound funny but as a starter I really did give it a shut thus, I started to increase my weight. Do you know those stuff eaten by kids like kid cereals (e.g Cerelac) its very nutritious hence, very rich in content and fiber for kids, yep, it work on me as a start, I eat plenty of it then eventually I saw some results in me. Although, I have started to take some multivit it help me increase my appetite and is very helpful for my blood circulation, once I was so anemic and have problems with my sleeping disorders it help me alot also. Another thing is, we added fatty meat on my regular viand well, not much but I see to it that it won't be too much. Sweets like chocolates, milk and ice cream would also help in gaining weight. But I think it is best, that you must see a deitrician or a nutritionist expert that would best suit your body needs just enough for you to gain weight desired.

You have to eat more carbohydrates food like rice, bread and cereals. Add also some meat and sea foods to your dishes. Then, drink a lot of cold water especially every after dinner.

If you want to add some bulge in your body, you have to eat food with high carbo and fats like bread, rice, cereals, meat, poultry and root crops. You have also to go to the gym and have at least 30 minutes session to trim your body. Eat also food that are rich in protein. Good luck!
