What is Firefox?

Fire fox gives the strong virus protection in my consideration so some corporate user use the fire fox . Normal people use internet exolorer because it is free to use and avialable on the operating system.

its just another thing like internet Explorer..My husband uses it but i have used it in the past but i like internet Explourer a lot better,so really you are not missing a thing....Its just another way to get into the net and get your e-mails etc...

My best friend got me using Firefox. I like it better because i can have more than one tab open at a time, to me its a neater set up, i can make my own tool bar, and i was pressured into by my best friend because she swears by it. It also seems faster in bringing pages up for me.

It's just another browser used for surfing the net. The full name is Mozilla Firefox and it is a matter of choice for people to use either Firefox or Internet Explorer. I have used both and I have observed that Mozilla updates the browser from time to time by downloading updates from the internet. What those are meant for, I am not too sure. I guess it's got to do something with security. It's just a competitor and you can use anyone you want.

A friend of mine added it to my computer to get free movies. That's when I first discovered it. Now I started using it from time to time. I will be honest with you, I don't really know the difference except that alot of people say that it's better for doing certain internet functions. I actually don't even use internet explorer. I use aol. That's what I got used to using. It's the connection I started with.

Firefox has alot of add-ons you can install to make your browser more personalised and do what you want it to.
