At last...the much awaited iPhone has arrived, after the very long wait and much publicized launch. But is it really worth the hype? and the price? I've read a review of this new generation iPhone a few months back and it really turned me off to get one of them. Maybe because I'm the type of person who doesn't live my life on technical gadgets alone. Don't get me wrong, I know they're cool to have...but, weighing the pros and cons, for me, its not worth the hype and price. Funny but, after being in the market only for a few days, I've read it in a newspaper that they're already finding so many flaws in this gadget that they're now brainstorming on how to develop an improved version of it. What do you think? Did you get yourself an iPhone? What has been your experience so far?

I havent trying it yet, and apple itself seems dont have a plan to sold an iphone in my country so. . . .good bye iphone have a nice day!

I have read that this iphone doesn't have capability of SMS feature which is the feature famous here in my country. That means, if it is become available here, it will not generate much sales. But the good things on this is, it has a direct interface with myspace account wherein you can upload photos directly from your iphone into myspace account.

and that my friend will mean, more costly to operate. do you have any idea how much your mobile phone provider charges when you use your mobile phone to access the internet, especially if you will download music or videos that are huge in size. of course it does have its own good features compared to other mobile phones but still, i would suggest for you to do your homework first and weigh all the pros and cons carefully before making the decision.

Yeah, I know it is costly. But why not to try if you can afford doing so? I think apple will like you because you have tried their products and it is new.
But hey, I was dreaming and just interested for the new feature of this iphone, but I need to think of it before buying of course. Thanks.

Hi,
I am from Malaysia. So far, I haven't see anyone using iPhone in my country. iPhone is not available in Malaysia and if it is available, it will be very pricey.
I think that the iPhone is a great and nicely designed cellphone. The operating system is great.

it is really nice as far as design is concerned. i think its the first ever touch phone (or second or third maybe?) that has been introduced to the market. this is one reason why it is very expensive. and if you can afford it, sure why not? but all i'm saying is, from what i've been reading so far...its not proving to be value-for-money.
