I live in Spain and most of the country is rural. I have a satellite connection which is supposed to be 500k but invariably sinks so low I may as well be on dial up. I have recently been informed that the major telecommunications provider here can now offer me a 1mb hardwired ADSL connection and wont charge for the installation, plus they will give me three months for free. After that its gonna cost 30€ (45$) a month. Spain aint cheep, they are way behind the times as far as infrastructure is concerned, but hey, I got the sun.

I have a broadband connection and there I will not say that my connection is very slow but sure I won't even say that it is very fast. I'm using you telecom and their service is not that don't at least for me to stop I have experienced too much downtime and most of them are at a very important times when I had important work to do. The speech is okay I have a 196 kbps plan and I never get a downloading speed of more than 20 birds I am happy with it. I keep my computer on throughout the night and is download as much as I can.

I usually surt at the company,it's very fast.I visit mylot less when i am at home. You catch in this situation and it's normal,When you told the telecommunications company that you want to improve your bandwidth, for example, your request is 1M,maybe they give you is 512k,i guess.Because a friend of mine he get a 1M ADSL,it's surprise that he find his bandwidth is 2M,i think they will get a wrong sometimes.

I have the most affordable plan with good speed around 256kbps bandwidth speed, but our provider services are just too slow and I'm still even having problems of speed I have right now like they're cutting my current speed it into half.
I have 3 computers and sharing that kind of speed is really too slow.

Your problem is very serious and I think your service provider should improve their service quickly.

it depends on the time and day...sometimes it is slow and sometimes it is fast, and sometimes there is problems in the area with utilities or weather that disrupt the computer.

I have a slow speed. Things cant be pushed if you dont get a good infrastructure. Most telecom companies promise a good speed , but when its time to deliver their poor infrastructure setup come to light. I get only 1/10th of speed thats promised
