Me and my husband are both working so we always have two hired helpers stying with the kids. I always find it hard to keep helpers faithful and I always find it hard to keep up with helpers. so far, the hired helpers that had actually stayed with us is I think more or less 10 already, I just couldn't keep them. Also, how do I know if my helpers are treating my kids right when I'm out, if my kids are just three and five? Installing a hidden camera is quite costly out here. Is it healthy to tell each of the helpers to keep watch of the other so I would know waht both of them are up to when me and my husband are away?Do you have some practical suggestion that would help? Thanks
