It is good that you had joined ciao. The other similar site is DooYoo. But be sure you have a UK bank account. Check out whether you can redeem your earnings. I am Indian and so have to leave both the sites with a balance of 14.95GBP on ciao and in dooyoo with a point of 715. They also pay in amazone co vouchers. If you don't meet those obligations, dont join the sites. I think it is quite helpful for you.

Whether you have available survey sites or not is very much depending on where you live. I live in Europe, and while researching I too have only found it possible to find any surveys at all through CIAO (Greenfeld I think own CIAO now). However, I know if you live in the US, Canada, the UK or Australia you have more survey sites available to you, and of course most if you live in the US. I have read several discussions over the last month or so about survey sites etc, so you can probably search among the discussions for survey, survey site etc and find some more discussions that can guide you! Good luck at Ciao. They used to be great but now I don't qualify for any surveys. They are owned by Greenfield who don't have a good reputation with many myLotters. They swamp you with surveys but you never end up being able to complete them or they ask you lots of questions and tell you that you don't qualify. It may be an age thing. But once past the age of 50, forget it. You are probably much younger so perhaps you fall into their target audience. The only one that I would recommend now is Pinecone Research. But they hardly ever recruit.
