Ok so the door gets opened to take the dogs out and more of the pesky little creatures fly in here. I hate flies. they are annoying and gross. So I have the flyswatter out and have killed 3 so far. So do you have a problem with flies? Do you hate them?

I know the only way they are getting in here is through the doors. Two doors that keep getting opened are the kitchen door to the garage and and the front door. My daughter keeps the door open far too long.

Funny you should ask. Sitting here in he cafe, I heard clapping behind me. When I turned around to see what was going on, I saw the employees running around chasing the flies that had come in when customers opened the door to enter and exit. LOL It was a funny site, watching them all run around after the flies.

I have a flypaper up for the big flies, but although I hate them it is the mosquitos & midgies that drive me bananas. As soon as it turns dusk they come out. I'm sitting with the doors and windows open just now as it's hot and I know I ought to put some socks on as I'm being bitten to pieces, but I just can't face it. When I got to bed I'll have my net up, but why isn't there a personal net you can wear around the house?

I'm with you, anything that thinks it's going to feast on dog poop, then come in and wallow on my plate of fried chicken is in for a rude awakening.
I only have them real bad here about two or three times a year. They will be all over my front porch; and a load will come in everytime the door is opened.
I notice it's usually in the fall and spring when we have cool nights and warm days. I think they're drawn to the front of our house which is white.
During those times I make sure all my food is covered and I keep a fly tape over my kitchen sink at all times, those dumb critters will find that tape everytime.
