I've found public speaking hard since i was a child.whenever i was asked to speak to the public ,be it, a small gathering or the whole school assembly , a small speech of my own or something byheart like a prayer my legs would shiver and i would feel very frightened which would ultimately lead to me making a fool of myself in front of others.
Certainly this experience wont make me love public speaking.so if i was again given that burden again ,say next week i have to say a speech i would turn this thought over in my mind.i would even have nightmares.
Now i thin i'm a lil better ie i dont have nightmares anymore but still that childhood fear still haunts me sometimes which makes a fool out of me in public.
i am i the only one who feels this way or does everyone ??????????????????

I hated it, there was always something in school where I would have to get up in front of my classroom and say something, some project I had to do and I absolutely hated it. Then it carried on when I went to college it is a nightmare when I did not feel comfortable with it. I am just glad that I no longer have to do this.
