I think the first one's WAITER ... because its water with an I in the middle and, in theory, a waiter will jump (move quickly)to serve. The second - Isis?

with 'is' at the beginning , 'and' at the end - I suppose it could be 'island' - if not, I give up so you can show everyone how stupid i am and give us the answer
