Teenage knife crime increase

What is it with the rising numbers of teenage knife crime in the UK? The goverment have been spending millions on putting a stop too it but recently its just been increasing. Why do you think is happening?

I think nowadays,teenages' law knowledge is becoming indifferent.They bring knives with them.They imitate the actors on the TV,the DVDs or the movies.That makes them crime.
