Hey you and me have the same choice, I think love marriage is the best because it allows you to have all the things cleared and have your choice whichj is very important. The best if something goes wrong then you are at blame no one else. But in love marriage you should take consent of your elder. Great man love marriage rocks . Thanks for this discussion . i prefer love marriage. i wouldn't wanna be in an arranged marriage because there is no guarantee that you are going to love or even like the person who you are supposed to marry. you are not sure that you are going to be happy or anything like that and i think that i absolutely have to be sure before i marry someone. ofcoure in both types of marriage there are going to be trials but you are most likely to get through those trials when your marriage was out of love instead of arranged. some people would prefer arranged marriages because it is their tradition but i definately do not prefer it. i prefer to get married because i love someone and i'm sure that i want to be with that person for the rest of my life.

hi excellence7 I myself prefer love and marriage, not arranged marriages. Here in the US we have always let our young people choose their mates based on whom they fall' in love with. And it usually works out just fine, no arranged 'marriages here as that is not our custom at all. Our divorce rate is high but so is our contented married people so its still the best for our people here in theUnited States of America.

I'm an American and I believe that the most intimate relationship a person is ever going to have should be with someone they chose themselves and have real feelings for. I don't agree with arranged marriages. I believe that the tradition is outdated and that young people have the ability to choose their own partners in life.
