There are lots of ways we can eat our veggies. Some people like them raw and some like cooked. Personally I like cooked veggies more than raw veggies. If I have to eat raw then I have some choice like cucumber, carrot, lettuce etc. When it comes to cooked veggies, I like to eat almost all the veggies.
How do you like your veggies? What are some of your favorite veggies?

I have always liked raw cellery. It can be dipped in anyting, and doen't hae uch taste, so it can e used in just aout any dish to which I want to add some crunch. I was in the mood for a drink oday, so I ordered a caesa. I asked for an extra stick o cellery. Yummy! The drink was very spicy, just the way I like it.

I also like celery with dip. But I am not very much of a fan of cooked celery.

I think potato is going to be in the cooked list for all.
When it comes to corn, I like them from frozen pack.

Ya know what? I am a country and can eat most veggies raw straight from the garden. I hesitate to eat store bought veggies raw though. There is just so many chemicals on them. I feel more comfortable cooking them.

its different for every vegetable. some are horrible to eat raw and they have to be cooked and some lose their nutritive content if they are cooked. so, there is no particular way to eat vegetables and generalize them, we have to follow the best method to save its content and give some taste too.

I definitely prefer my veggies raw, besides when you cook them you lose all the goodness out of them as the water gets drained away when you serve them cooked on a plate. I regularly have salads and will eat raw vegetables picked from the garden on my plate, tasty, no chemicals, and certainly fresh and all the goodness contained. We have runner beans which I will happily eat raw, cook them and they don't have the same taste or attraction for me! Sometimes when I am peckish I will nibble on a carrot or a red pepper or even celery. No raw is best and more healthier and more crunchy too! Vegetables are meant to be crunchy, not softened through cooking plus they are more appealing!

My all time favorite has to be corn-on-the-cob, fresh out of the garden, slathered with butter and salt and pepper
