How angry were you when provoked the last time?

I remember the time when I really got angry towards someone. It was years ago when I was still in college. I had been controlling my anger and frustration over things which this person was doing which I felt were already abusive. My patience really ran out of me that I felt my heart was about to explode. As I released the damful of hate and anger I had inside me, I found myself throwing glasses and plates at the door, walls and almost everywhere inside the kitchen. This I did for some 3 minutes I think. After the numbing episode, I calmed down. I started to pick up the pieces of broken glass and cleaned up the mess. I then realized that I'll never be angry again in my life. I've learned since then how to handle my anger and frustrations, how to be more open, patient, and understanding of persons and situations. How about you? How angry were you the last time you were provoked? How did you handle it?

Wow. I've been there a couple of times. The biggest outburst I had happened back in 2003. I had an argument with my friend. Actually, I was provoked which led me to act out physically. I've never felt that rage inside of me before and it kind of worried me. But I scared him and I felt unstoppable. And it felt good. I don't do this unless I'm provoked in a way that crosses all boundaries with ignorance. I can't stand ignorance.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage stress, as it is part of life in busy world.
But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.
