movie house or home theater?

hi, what is your preference watching movies at the comforts of your home or going out to movie houses to watch your favorite film? i used to love going to movie houses since the screen is really wide as compared at home but since im kindda busy i usually watch movies at home in my convenience. how do you like it?

well, it depends... i usually watch at home these days but there just movies that i want to watch in the movie theater...especially block busters.

i totally agree with you that block buster movies are better when watched in the theaters... of course at screen is wide and the sound surround is really great. thanks for the post. what films were you able to watch in the movie theater lately?

hehehhe..nothing can beat the dolby surround... LOL... hhehehe.. well, of the late, the last two movies that i saw were indiana jones and prince caspian. i missed so many blockbusters since my best friend who's also a movie is not here anymore... huhhuhu...

i saw prince caspian but was not able to watch indiana jone... sorry to hear that your movie watching bud can't accompany you. :) btw, i watch the mummy 3 today... it really great!!!

I watch movies in the movie theater once a month. But most of the time, I prefer watching movies through my computer. I just download the movies from some websites online and it's even easier and more convenient. It's actually my hobby now to download movies and watch them during my spare time.

Both. I like being home in the comfort of my own home but once in a while I like to do a movie in a theater...eating popcorn and having a soda without the mess at home! LOL....some movies I am very glad I have seen at home because of the intensity. But it's fun to go with someone and share the experience too.

the theatre is great... i love watching movies on the big screen and with a great sound system. for me watching it on the big screen gives me a much better comment on the movie. but these days, i have to be practical. theatre tickets are going way up high. i remember there was a time when i paid 40.00 pesos for a ticket. and now its around 80 or 90 pesos. so for me, its much better to buy a vcd or dvd or like what every other people are doing, downloading it and watch it in the comforts of your own home. watching it at home is more practical because for 1. you only get to pay for the dvd/vcd. if not its free bec. of the download. 2. you dont have to buy any other food when ur at home. in the theatre you dont exactly have to buy something but lets face it, some people would want to nibble on some food while watching a movie. i know i do. 3. in buying a ticket you only have 1 admittance. when watching it at home a lot of people can watch it over and over again.
