As long, as both people are adults, does age matter when it comes to dating? Or should there be a line drawn somewhere? What do you think?

I think age does matter. Initially , age will not be a big problem.
But in one or the other situation , age will be a dominant factor in dating.

There isn't any existing law prohibiting any female to marry a guy who is ten to fifteen years younger than her. I guess this is also one of the secondary reasons why many females could marry men who are younger than them. But I do believe that this situation do make a difference particularly when the couples are already married.
Having a large age gap between you and your partner definitely produces differences in reactions to situations, approach to problems and hindrances, perspective and outlook in life, and reasoning. I could say this myself because I've been married for more than five years now to a man who is six years younger than me, admittedly. Eventhough our age gap is less than ten years, I have observed our differences already and most of the time, these differences create friction in our relationship as married individuals.
For me, it is adviseable for females to marry men who are five to six years older than them. One advantage I could see in this union is that the mindset of the girl is usually near or the same as that of the guy's. Also, men tend to be mature at a later age than females.
