Do PTC really pays?

I am using so may PTC sites and I reached payout and cashed out
Bux -feb -$10
Bux3 -Apr -$10
DailyClick - May - $12
Isabelmarco - May -$9
All sites have max time as 30-45-60days
None paid me till now, I have reached second payouts on some of these and when I request it says, one payout already in audit, you cannot request another.
So do they really pays?
Do you really make money online?

yes! they really pays!
but on most of these sites you should wait a few months before you get paid :(
i know one where you get paid instantly!
it is named neobux.
