Congratulations on your weight loss! WTG!! I too have had surgery however, I was a lot heavier then you and have lost 150 lbs after surgery. The surgery did work for me, however, I didn't follow the rules and regained most of my weight back. I'm now almost down to my original weight loss after surgery.
I recently saw on one of the Rachel Ray's shows about a woman who had lost 200 and lost her friends. I, however, never lost any of my friends but then I didn't really have any to begin with. Anyway, that show showed that the woman had weight loss surgery and was so proud of her weight loss that she actually pushed her friends away. As well as her own mother! Once reviled what she had done, she was given a second chance. Not sure if she got her friends back but Rachel had set up for her mom to make an appearance and that was the first step to recover their relationship.
That show woke me up to what I also had turned into. My husband had tried to tell me over and over that I was getting that way too. I never understood until seeing that show. We get so focused on our weight loss and don't think about other's feelings.
I just wanted to share that. Not really sure what type of answer you were looking for but just wanted to add my 2 cents!! Keep up the great work!!

I don't quite understand what you're saying. Sometimes we don't know what we're doing when we're doing things. I'm not saying that applies to your situation.
Just curious, when you say that you get depressed since the weight loss, is it often? Do you know why? I get depressed at times too but not totally sure why. Maybe you could enlighten me...

congratulation for losing weight.but surgery is not a way nto reduce the weight
first of all the obesity give birth to many dieases.it reduce the personality
of man.the best to reduce the weightis to active in life give up lazzniess.never
miss morning walk and excercise. dance for an hour daily controll over your dieat.
never take heavey food .take dieat for living not for eating.have simple meal and
have for at least for seven hours less sleep also leads to obesity
