Magicjack

I have had my magicjack since may, but all of a sudden, the sound quality is no good. Every time I make an outgoing call, the sound on the other end is choppy, but the one on the other end can hear me just fine. I was wondering if anyone else have these issues and if anyone can give me some tips on how to correct the problem?

In my experience I've found that if I have a lot of applications open on my computer the sound quality on my phone calls may be a little iffy.
Another thing is sometimes if I push the phoneline into the majic jack a little better it will improve the quality of the sound. Since I'm using mine on a laptop it gets bumped around easily.
Then there are times that the weather is bad. I believe this may affect the quality of sound at times.

I use MJ as my back up for my Onesuite service but so far everything works well with both. Maybe there is something wrong with you internet connection or maybe its your headset. Check those two first then maybe you can pin point the problem by process of elimination.
