which one do u prefer-internet explorer or mozilla firefox?

I used to use Internet Explorer and I disliked it because it was slow,and then it caused my parents computer to get a virus,so my half brother told us to download and use Firefox,because it is what he uses on his computer at his house,and I am so happy that he told us to download it,because not only is it faster,it gives you the ability to have multiple tabs up,which means you can do more things at one time,which helps you improve on your efficiency,especially when it comes to stuff like mylot,or other work related things that you are doing.

while i prefer mozilla firefox merely becaouse of its lots of available extensions i usually like and use only opera as i found it much better ti my liking....

Before, I use internet explorer, but my son re-format the PC and change to Mozilla firefox. Both have advantages and disadvantages, but I prefer the Internet Explorer to use, coz it's what I am accustom to.

I use Mozilla Firefox on the PC and use the default Safari on the mac. I love of them for the reasons that they are fast on their respective OSs. I love the interface of both, but somehow I do not like the Firefox for Mac. But since you are asking for the Windows platform, I would like to say that Firefox is better compared to IE. bourne

Firefox, without a doubt. It's got open source architecture, which means you'll find more addons and plugins for it than you'd ever get for Internet Explorer. And they're not nearly as likely to be spyware ridden as the 'toolbars' IE seems to beg to download. Plus, you're not buying into the corporate monopoly Microsoft want you to ;) Yes, there are several other browsers. Opera, Slimbrowser, Safari spring to mind. No, they're not better.

Hi,I find that Mozilla Firefox is much better than Internet Explorer. When Firefox was first launched, I had a few problems with websites as they didn't run too well on anything other than I.E. BUT nowadays that is very rare - sometimes I have to use I.E. to fill in a form (as Firefox is very secure and blocks a lot of pop-ups, even if you don't want them to!) but I'd never go back to I.E. full-time. It's also much faster and has much better functionality than Internet Explorer - well worth a (free) download, in my opinion!

Hi, I prefer Firefox. I think that Internet Explorer is slower and when I am opening new tabs or open more tabs, it become lag. So, I use Firefox.

Firefox is so much better than internet explorer, in my own opinion. I love the different plugins that you can install, and I love the tab feature (although IE might have that now, I haven't used it in forever). Firefox is my browser of choice, but I just recently downloaded Opera and I'm not sure how I like it so far.
