I have two kids and I have breastfed them each for almost a year even I am at work I used to breastfed them when I arrived at work but I will take a rest for a while before doing it so that they won't absorb the stress I carried from my work. I know it's a short time but because of too much loads getting into my way, I stopped, but for me, giving them the first drop or colostrum is the most important of all beacuse it contain all the vital nutrients our body needs and it really works, it made my kids immune to different diseases and I am glad that they did not experienced being admitted to the hospital. It's a miracle milk for me...
