mysql errors

There site has to communicate with the database thats linked in with the site, keeps track of all the members, and some of the programing I've had this issue with my site a couple of times and have it fixed. Some sites that just want to quit and throw in the towel because there bored, or there in trouble by not paying members screw there data base up on purpose so you think there fixing there site, in a year or so when the site registration runs out the site just isn't there anymore.
