Have you ever been in the situation, where your supposedly significant other, after a ruff break up; you'd expect that they'd be just chillin for a while but you intrestingly meet up on them happily entangled with some stranger? What would you think? and what would you do?

That would be entirely upto the person, the choice is entirely there. I would not be surprised, and I would have no objection at all. I would wish them all the best and all the happiness !
