How do you handle your anger?

Anger is a natural emotion felt by everyone from time to time. Like other emotions we experience, such as happiness and sadness, anger can affect our mood. Since our mood influences our actions, it is easy to see how feelings of anger can affect how we behave. Anger can be defined as a “strong feeling of displeasure.” However, this definition cannot describe all of the effects of anger. Sometimes our anger can be used as positive energy: to help us exercise harder, work faster and accomplish more. Other times, anger can be harmful to ourselves and those around us, including children.

Whenever i am angry i drink a glass of water and start counting from 1 to 50. By the time i finish counting, am relaxed. This is how i try to control my anger.

To be happy,be cheerful,and to perseverance,to warm.This has nothing to do with your characteristic.Sometimes tough,being bullied should get back.But not bear grudges.To be mercy will make you stand on your dignity.
