I am currently working for Yellow Cab as a dispatcher aka call taker. Most of the time I really enjoy the job. Just at times it gets quite boring, and a little too repititous, A job that I would like more, is getting my Jerky and Craft business going more to where it becomes eventually my main source of income. Running a little store front would be ideal.

Yes I like what I am doing for a living - I write for a few publications and also manage financial portfolios. This gives me a lot of time to what I chose during the day, since I work out of home.
At age forty I decided to exit a business that I was involved in right from age 17 - that of running an engineering manufacturing company. We designed and manufactured tailor made equipment for melting and processing of metals, for materials handling, for air supply and pollution control, etc., - our clients were foundries, steel and metals processing plants, etc. I loved that work too, especially designing of newer and newer products as well as managing the company's finances. Labor problems initially and later disagreements with a partner forced me to leave a profitable business. My partner's condition on my leaving the business was that I'd never start another engineering venture again. I kept to my end of the bargain, my partner did, today even after nine years I still have to get a major chunk of my share - my partner has managed to run huge looses on the business after I left and is now on the verge of closure - he claims that he can't pay me now.
I do miss the excitement, the brain storming we did to design a new equipment with my design team, of the late nights when I sat down to complete my company's taxation, accounts with my accountants.

Yup! I love it! Occasionally, my colleagues and I will get together and vent about something that happens that we don't like, but that's all it takes to get back to the work we love.
I wish everyone could be as happy with their jobs as we teachers are, but it would be nice if we eaned enough to make ends meet!

I do like what I do for a living. Right now, I am not making much but, that is because I am just starting my own business and, haven't fully utilized my contacts. I fully expect to make this business work. I see no reason for it not to. I make jewelry and, bouquets for brides who want something totally different, Bohemian Brides, as I call them.

Now i am a university student, and my priority is to study hard and graduate with excellences.
I want to become an interpreter two years later as i am a chinese and my major is english.
An interpreter needs very demanding qualification, so i have to study more beyond my major and learn about different culture.
I think i will love that job because i contribute to the exchange of different culture and the friendship of people from different countries.
