How would you tell a friend who has bad breath? / myLot

I am nice to all my friends whoever they maybe. But I have this friend whose breath stinks. How can I tell her without being offensive? And how can I protect her from other people's observations?

i had to face a similar problem with my friend. He used to have a very bad breath and i had to bear with it all the time. I really didnt knew how to tackle this situation then, probably if it is now i would tell him the truth politely, but the good thing now is that he dont have that bad breath any more!
