Are you a leader in an institution?
-If yes, are you a good leader? Are you performing an effective leadership?
-If no, do you have a good leader? What he/she does makes you think he/she is a good leader? If you have a bad/weak leader, what makes you think so?

a good leader feels as if he's the parent of that certain group, he should set a good example to every one and treat everbody with respect with feet on the ground.

I am a leader where I work. Personally, there are days in which I think I'm a good leader and days in which I am not. I try to acknowledge my employees when I see them doing their job correctly or if they have gone above and beyond the call of duty so to speak. I also make sure to publicly thank them when they have pitched in extra hours to help out when needed. Based on the field I work in, there are many times in which I have to help out my employees due to staff shortages and/or emergencies. During these times, I work my hardest, letting my employees know that I am not afraid to do their job nor do I think it is above me to help them out. Lead by example has always been taught to me.
On the other hand, there are days in which I'm not in a good mood or I'm tired and I don't provide the best example to my employees. I'm only human too.
