6 very simple tips for a good night's sleep

Having hard time to sleep? Here's a simple tips for you fellows from Mayo Clinic Health Center
1.Stick to a bedtime that gives you optimum rest
2.Deal with worries before you try to sleep. Reserves 30 minutes in the eraly evening to jot down your concerns-and how to address them. Once you identify solutions, you'll be less inclined to fret.
3.Avoid caffeine after dinner. Is is a well know cause of sleeplessness, also found in cola,tea ,cocoa,as well as in coffee.
4.Shun tobacco. Nicotine can cause shallows sleeping and sleeplessness.
5.Have a healtful bedtime snack. Try a small glass of milk and a piece of fruit. experiment show that people sleep better if they aren't hungry.
6.Relax. Some people work too hard at getting to sleep. If sleep doesn't come, read a book in bed or listen to music until you feel tireD.

Sound advise you got there sweetbarbie22.
Point 5 is easy to follow! I never refuse a snack, especially before bedtime. But that is really putting on the pounds around my waist!
Point 1 and 2 will be a little tougher to follow. Especially when you are working in a job that is demanding, it is tough to stick to a routine bedtime!

ok thanks. I could use some of those tips. I have FMS so sleep is always a difficult thing to archive.
