When I looked in the baby name book for my niece who was born this year, I picked "Jet" as it was under the names for boys or girls.
They didn't go for it though, so maybe you could call your niece Jet, if that is her photo, it would suit her!

To help you choose an appropriate name we need more information. Does she was an ethnic name or more universal? What letter does her last name start with? Does she already have any kids and what are their names?
There are so many wonderful names for little girls that I would choose from if I had a little girl of my own. My little kittygirl's name is Amaya Beth, Maya for short. She is the only "baby" I will ever have.
