How long did you get your house?

I believe the house price is high all owve the world.and the same as china.Most of the people around me buy the house very hard,They only get loan from bank, and return money month by month,Usually is 30 or 20 years.So it is difficult for us to own a house,and we must pay all of our lives for the house, I just surprise why the house price is so high?The sad thing is we need the house,what are you feeling about this?

We all NEED a place to live we don't necessary NEED to buy or to have a house. A rented apartment would be just fine.
For us it took about 3 months to go through the process of finding and buying a house. We basically already had the money it was just finding the place. We found a pretty fairly priced house. Its old and needed a lot of work but we figured with the price we could do what we wanted with it. We have done a lot to the house. And are ready to move on.
Our house is actually going on the market next week. We want to find some thing else. A different type of house. The one we are in now is big and I don't like the layout. I hope the next time we buy is just a easy as the first time.

Thank you for your response.I think you are lucking that don't worry about how to bought the house.How to make money reternning the loan.You just enjoy your lives.
For me, I just have enough money to rent a house at the being time,I don't feel about like a home because the house isn't belong to me.The house price is high,and the salary is all the same.so I must work hard.I believe the lives will better and better!
