How do you tell someone that you are falling in love with them??

its a great feeling to be in love with someone...but im in a great confusion....HOW CAN I EXPRESS MY FEELINGS TO HER...i've no idea...but i swear it is a wonderful feeling to be in love..
can you please give me some suggestions on the way how can i propose her????

Before, because I have less confidence on myself, I just wrote a letter to my beloved. I wrote all my feelings for her there and expressed my willingness to commit to a relationship seriously. Luckily, she answered my letter. It happened again and again until we met in person. That was the start of everything.

Well,thats a classical method for approaching a girl..its very old method but WORKING...Moreover that will be poetical and beautiful to approach IN THATS WAY...thats a very very cool idea...

Yes, I know that it is a wonderful feeling when you are in love but it is also painful when the one you love doesn't love you the way you love him/her... Anyways, if she is a close friend with you and you both knew each other then it is easy for you to express you feelings for her.. You may sent her some flowers, do everything that can makes her happy, or do something that she really like.. I can help you how to express it to her because it is only you knows what is your true feelings for her.. 
If she is not your friend or you are stranger to her then I can say that it is really difficult.. But if you really love her then no matter how hard it is you can do it.. You may court her.. Maybe, try to be friend with her friends so that you can be her friend then you might court her.. There are many ways if you really pursue your feeling for her...

Try this:
Take it slow by asking her out first on a simple eatout. If not, the traditional chocolates and gift giving still works but I wouldn't recommending it cuz she might find out that you are really courting her.
The least is talk to her things that you both have in common, if none in common, then something that would trigger her to open up.
Don't be in a hurry to express your feelings for her. When the time is right, you'll know.

oh man congratulation! that you are in love.
1.If the partner is more shy then you may use the lovely letter.
2.If the partner is less shy then you may use the chat and phone and even your friends
3.if the partner is not shy I mean totally frank then you may say directly.
You have to choose the place which suits the situation and weather.You have to make the subject to the recent happening and moments.If the partner goes through speech then you may take the turn over and come to the point and you can understand feeling on you and finally you can say "I LOVE YOU!"
