Hi... I have been suffering for gastric problem few years ago. It is most headache problem if it attack while i am outside or at midnight. It is not only pain but still make me not feeling well like feel like vomiting, headache, dizziness and more. Last month i almost fainted after watching movie just because of it. I have read an article from a site. It says that gastric may cause the acid flowing back to our mouth and will hurt our esophagus. Sometime we will feel chest pain and some people thought that it is heart attack. If serious it will become an ulser and even worst become cancer. Most of people get some medicine from doctor but they didnt realize that it just work for 3-4 weeks. From that site, a guy who suffering for this problem for few years and he found out that the apple can reduce the pain on his chest. He ate apple every night and after half year it cure his gastric problem. It didnt attack him again!!!! And now he can eat whatever he want.
