I have huge arms! I am overweight by about 30 pounds and I don't really mind the excess weight but my arms bother me because they're HUGE. Can anyone suggest an effective way to make my arms smaller? When I win the lottery I would surely have the fat off these things sucked :(
What do you suggest I do? What are the best clothes to hide my fat arms?

I think that the only thing you can do is to try to tone up your arms because without loosing weight, you won't loose the fat from your arms~ but you can tone them.
Get some hand weights and start using them. YOu will see a difference in your arms if you are using weights.

Thank you for your reply. I'm thinking I may have to do cardio exercises to lose the extra fat :p and then do the toning exercises.

I think we are all built different from each other, which means gaining more weight in certain areas. For example my problem areas with my excess weight is in my stomach and bottom area. These areas just seem to grow bigger than the rest of me quicker. I am not sure what would be most effective with your area. You may want to try aerobics with light weights for toning. As for me I need the gym ;)

Thank you for your reply. The crazy thing is, even when I weighed 98 pounds my arms were still fat :( (sighs...) I really have grown tired of being on a diet so now I really don't mind the excess pounds. I just wish I could make my arms smaller :p

There is no exercise that will just take fat off the arm. You have to do cardio to get rid of the fat. Don't forget to lift weights to tone your arms so you don't have saggy skin from losing the fat. If you don't have weights then you can use items from around the house (can goods, water bottles, etc). Good luck!
