Loosing Weight The Hard Way

if you want to lose weight the easy way go away if you can think you can loose 20 pounds in 30 days and keep it like that and stay healthy go away if you are looking for shortcuts that might shortcut your life go away actually there is no secret it just hard frastrating job that will reward you only if you will convince yourself that you are ready to change your life style. your body is a lazy machine that likes the good life you have to outsmart it with a bit of knowledge and alot of sweat. what's the secret?it not a secret its just plain common sence our goal is simple we have to get more calories out of our body than putting in at one day untill we reach our goal,our goal is not a magic number -i need to lose 20 pounds and my life would change-your goal is change your life style so 20 or 30 pounds wont matter it just how you fuill about yourself. you need to do 2 basic things:eat less and healthier exercise if you dont like to combine both of those things -than you will loose for sure-now it might take a lot of time and will take from you alot of determination but you will get your goal. think of 500 calories you take of from your daily consumption either by exercise or by food not eating and the best way a combination of both=the rest will follow,eventually your body will become a furnace of fat you will loose those pounds and look and feel much better,it will cost you nothing,even you will save some money imagine all the food you wont need the taxi you will not take because you will walk from place to place the doctors you wint see the lipid succion you will cancel.

I agree, losing weight too quickly with fad diets and the like is not the best way, and more often than not it just comes back on, with even more sometimes. I try to exercise 4 times a week, and also to not eat so much junk food! It's definitely hard, but the results make it worthwhile :)
