Growing older and still playing video games

http://tinyurl.com/5bt3o2 Something I wrote about a month ago, when I realised a lot of people seem to have this view of video games being 'kid's stuff', something you'd end up growing out of. 35 years on, I don't seem to have gotten the knack of it ;) Are you one of these elusive 'older gamers'? Or are you one of these people who feels video games are one of these childish things we leave behind us?

Hi ya Wolfechu I think that if you were into gaming as a kid it stays with you and I think the people who think it is childish have never been into gaming, not even when they were younger!

Sorry should have added that I do like gaming myself and love playing Simpsons Hit and Run with my kids!

No way! Video games and all other kind of games should be for everyone! I still love playing games and can't see me ever growing tired of them!! I want to keep my mind and body active and plan to play everything until my body just cannot!! lol

I personally plan to die aged 114, clutching a game controller. That, or accidentally crashing my private jet because there's a couple of supermodels bouncing up and down on my knees ;)

well i don't think so it depends on age ...you must have inner power and spirit to play such things that all u ned to be a good gamer,well my grand pa plays counter strike with me ..and he always aim at head,to shoot perfectly..! and i think he is a champion in counter strike ..! u can say it as a video game..! as we play it on lan!! i love this game, one of my favorite game ..ever..!

I don't know what other people do... I know that I will play my Favourite Videogames forever!!! :D
