Is surfjunky a scam?

I wanted to know whether surf junky is a scam. Some people told it is a scam. I am going to join surf junky. If anyone of you know then please tell me. THanks for reading:

I was stupidly a member for awhile.Then I realized I was never going to get paid.Stay away from this garbage.

It's no good. Try joining a few sites that many people have already been paid by. If you want a few, look in my profile. If you want to see payment proofs from paying sites, my blog has many.
