i would say that it is against humanity but then there are concerns about how do show examples to people who wouldn't even hesitate before killing someone..its always better that a person who commits a crime comes back to the mainline..but there are person who commit crime not by mistake but by choice..what do u do with themm?

It depends on the crimes that have been commited. I think life should mean life for evil murderers. If you have taken a life, yours should be given in return.
