Moneyback guarantee - do they really return the money?

My attention was caught by one product and just need to know if anyone here had experience buying something which has the 100%guaranteed satisfaction or moneyback guarantee after 60days if youre not satisfied.
I just want to know if theres a catch in this knid of sales pitch/marketting or its truely as they say RISK FREE since you can get your money back if you want.
The product is an ebook so there will be no shipping/handling cost because you only neeed to download it.
Appreciate honest response and experience you had if any :)

I just got back from vacation and im glad being part of your friendslist.i havent checkd the site you introduced but i will try later on. I have doubts about that moneyback gaurantee if you join ebook or any other marketing promotion because ive been a sales agent for a long time and we're doing the same thing.. it's so easy to say that when you are not satisfied we'll give you back your money, but its the other way around.there is what we call "behind the scene" that there is certain period where you can get back your moneY. Read their terms and conditions BECAUSE some information you wouldnt expect are there.Thats part of there strateGy..you will never know that THE MONEY BACK GAURANTEE is only valid within 24hours OR LESS!
