i do not pay attention to world peace cause people who usual talk about this are hippy and i do not like hippy much cause i do not think that world peace is possible any.
always people have difference and people get so easily mad now days that i think more now than in the past world peace is complete not possible. especially with the people that think that they are offended all times! how can you have peace with them and these people are all over.
what you think?

I don't think world peace is possible as long as organized religion is around. People fighting over stupid things that just don't matter. Take Iraq for example the root of that war is the Taliban. The taliban...repressing women in the name of religion. Women can't teach and girls can't learn. So I think as long as there is religion there will never be world peace.

i think so too.
i also think that people with new sense of entitled to being offended also stop peave because they always complaining about something and end up having war or words with other people. this is mild compare to real war but it still indicate that peace can not be cause that attitude of some people too.

The root war in Iraq is not Taliban. Saddam and Taliban don't connect. Taliban led to the US invasion of Afghanistan. At least now women there have access to education. As for Iraq, US don't have a good reason to go there. All the claims of weapons of mass destruction are just imaginations and fantasies. Till now there isn't any so-called WMDs found in Iraq. Oil is the chief motivation for war in Iraq.

It is sad but true unfortunately that it seems we might never see peace in our day. They have said somewhere that for every year of peace there was so many years of war. I can't quite remember how many. It doesn't hurt to hope that a peaceful world could happen. It seems that times are harder now a days than ever.

i agree it not hurt to hope but i dont bother cause i don't think other people would let it happen.
even with the war and peace it is in people attitude too and a lot of people seem to want to be unhappy and fight with each other. people want to find offense in everything and the reason this counts is that these are the same people personalities that also in war and in governments and in the world. this need to be offended keeps them wanting to war and wanting to hate.
