I have been about to have a dieing duck! I have called for almost a week before I could get my Internet server out here. I would call and after an hour on the phone, they would say I needed a service call because my cable modem was froze up. The next day nobody would show. (((SIGH))) Then I would call and someone else would say they took my order off for a service call because it showed on their end that I had Internet. (((SIGH))) I had to get RUDE before I got their attention. Gosh this aggravates the mess out me! Well, that's why I haven't been online. I'll catch up or at least try tomorrow.
