How to get your referrals to stick?

Yes, here i found lots of discussion under this topic, most of the members used to tell that, they have more referrals and no one is active... and the height of the thing is.. one of our members has post his respose as, He is one of the Top referral members, but he sorryfully says that, no one out of them are active now.. he is holding the place of 5 in the Top referral List.. but what to do..?? If the referral is active then only you will get the earnings, through them.. This is the common problem in mylot, here in mylot, i have never read any of the discussion and the responses, which is shows that, "i have a good active referrals", "i am earning through my referral", and "I have a constent referral income.." like that. Every one used to tell that, their referrals are not active.. So, its always better to have a referral through our friends and family people, then only they can understand the consequences of the earning patterns and they start work, by understanding the fact. They can be active for long time..
