What would you do if....

Well thankfully my parents adore my fiance,and they only want me to be happy,and they know I am happy with her,but if my parents did have something against my fiance no matter what the reason may be,I would fight for my love,even if it meant pissing my parents off,and moving out,because I love my fiance too much to let her go,and I can not wait until the day,we become husband and wife.

My parents definitely don't approve of the person I am dating. I talked to them about it and they still didn't approve. It will all depend on how old you (and the person you are dating) are and why they disapprove. I pretty much rationalized that I am the person dating him, not them. Since it is my relationship I will take their opinion into account, but it is ultimately my choice.

I think even relationship should be even private and not really letting your parents knows. How old are you? Well for me it's not my parents life I make my own life and make my own choices. My parents can't give what happiness my gf can give me. But maybe if I can't stand up with my 2 feet well I can't do anything but to foolow what my parent wants. But if I m in my legal age and have my own life that's a different story. As long that I do my obligations respensibility for my parents and I don't forget them it's still me who decide with my personal life. Have a nice day!

i would simply state that this is who i am with, as my parents they should respect my decision, and if they want to continue a relationship with me they need to accept my decesion on whom i want to be with. i would never shut them down on any advice they may have or anything they may see as a potential harm to me, i would give it thought, but i wouldn't let them control who i decide to be with

Ok.If they against my boyfriend for some reason.I would like to listen the reason and explain for them.Both fighting and giving up are not good ways to solve the problem.We should make them in perfect harmony.
